nbjje Complete Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the nbjje platform and all its related services ("Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "User") and nbjje ("we", "our", or "Platform").

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — The nbjje website (nbjje.lat) and all related services.
• "Account" — A personal user profile registered on the Platform.
• "Balance" — Funds held in a user's account, measured in Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — Non-cash credits granted as promotional offers or rewards.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback amounts may be provided as bonus credits rather than in cash.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or coordinated group betting — we reserve the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the account.

All games offered on the nbjje platform are governed by the rules of their respective providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

6.1 Game Outcomes

Each game's result is entirely random and not predetermined. If a technical error in the game software causes an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to correct the relevant amount.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection drops during a game, the game will be saved at the point of disconnection. Once reconnected, the game will resume from that point. However, we are not liable for losses caused by network issues.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply in each game and are displayed in the game interface. Additional betting limits may apply while bonus funds are active.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

In all circumstances, our maximum liability will be limited to the balance available in the user's account.

11.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request account closure at any time. The remaining balance in the account at the time of the request (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user.

11.2 Closure by Us

We reserve the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information.
• Failure to verify age.
